BIG WAVE CAR WASH - Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the BIG WAVE CAR WASH monthly membership program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Services & Usage
- Your membership entitles you to one (1) car wash per day for the specific plan you have selected, valid for the single vehicle registered under your account.
- The membership is tied to one (1) personal vehicle and cannot be transferred, shared, or used for any other vehicle, including rental cars or temporary vehicles.
- The Program is not valid for commercial vehicles, rideshare vehicles, taxis, limousines, or any vehicles for hire. BIG WAVE CAR WASH reserves the right to automatically cancel the membership program without notice and without refund for these vehicles.
- If your registered vehicle is sold or replaced, you must notify BIG WAVE CAR WASH to officially transfer the membership to a new vehicle or replace the identifier.
2. Billing & Automatic Renewal
- Your membership will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your signup date (the “Billing Date”).
- You authorize BIG WAVE CAR WASH to charge your authorized credit or debit card for the monthly membership fee on your Billing Date each month.
- This automatic billing will continue until you cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- If we are unable to process your payment for any reason (e.g., card expiration, insufficient funds,declined), your membership will be immediately suspended until payment is successfully processed.
3. Pricing
- The monthly membership fee will be the price quoted to you at the time of enrollment.
- BIG WAVE CAR WASH reserves the right to change membership plan pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice at terminals before any price changes take effect.
4. Cancellation & Pausing
- You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least ten (10) days’ written
notice before your next Billing Date. - To cancel, please visit our site for assistance or contact us via our website
www.bigwavecarwash.com. - No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or for any unused portion of your
membership upon cancellation.
5. Car Wash Conditions & Limitations
- BIG WAVE CAR WASH is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
- We are not responsible for damage to non-factory installed accessories, aftermarket parts, or any of the following:
- Power antennas that are not fully retracted.
- Loose or damaged mirrors, trim, or molding.
- Roof racks or bike racks.
- Bug shields, window visors, or spoilers.
- Roof racks or bike racks.
- Damage to any non-standard wheels or tires.
- Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before each wash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Truck beds must be empty and clean before entering the car wash tunnel.
6. Service Availability
- BIG WAVE CAR WASH will be open during our posted hours of operation.
- We reserve the right to close the car wash at any time due to inclement weather, equipment maintenance, or holidays. No refunds or credits will be issued for these temporary closures.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- BIG WAVE CAR WASH reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at anytime. The most current version will always be available at our location and on our website. Your continued use of the membership after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
